Write to hello@chess.co.za. It reaches the people who build and run the site. There is no support department and no ticket queue, which means replies are sometimes slow and always from someone who can actually fix the thing.
What helps
- A rule that is wrong: tell us the game, the rule set, and what you think the rule should be. If a published rule book settles it, name the rule book.
- A bug in play: the game link if you have it, what you did, and what happened instead. Game links stay valid after the game ends.
- A historical correction: the claim you are correcting and, ideally, where a reader could check it.
- An account problem: the username, and the email address on the account if there is one. Never send us a password.
- A translation: tell us the language. Nineteen are wired up and most of them are still thin.
